Help Center

We're here to help.

We like to keep things simple, so you can choose what works best for your goals and budget. Answers to what people ask most are below, and a real human is one message away when you need one.

Getting started

Simple to start.

New here? Start with these.

How does näky work?

Start with a free online assessment. A licensed provider through our independent physician group reviews your health history and goals, and prescribes only what is right for you. If prescribed, your medication ships free from a licensed pharmacy. From there, it is provider check-ins, dose adjustments, and a care team one message away from within your patient portal.

Am I a candidate?

You may be. Your health history, current medications, and goals all help determine whether treatment is right for you. Start with our free assessment and a licensed provider will review your information.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Every näky treatment is prescription-only. A licensed provider reviews your assessment and issues a prescription only if it is clinically appropriate.

How long does the provider review take?

Most reviews are complete within one business day, but we'll let you know if our backlog grows and provider reviews are delayed.

Which states do you serve?

The telehealth landscape is constantly changing and we strive to provide care wherever and whenever possible. For the most up to date list of states we serve, complete the medical intake form.

How do GLP-1 medications work?

GLP-1s work with hormones your body already makes, the ones that regulate appetite, digestion, and blood sugar. In other words, it was never willpower. It was physiology. A licensed provider through our independent physician group reviews your health history and prescribes only what's right for your body and your goals.

What is microdosing a GLP-1?

Microdosing means using a GLP-1 medication at a fraction of standard doses. Effects are dose-dependent: expect gentler intensity and generally milder digestive side effects, with more modest results than full-dose plans. Long-term research on low-dose protocols is still early, and your provider will help you decide if easing in is right for you.

Who is a microdose plan for?

Someone new to GLP-1s who wants to begin thoughtfully with a lower-intensity approach. A microdose plan can also be right for someone after standard-dose care, where the preference is a gentler transition to help maintain progress. Whether this care model fits you is your licensed provider's call.

What are NAD+ and sermorelin, and how are they different?

NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell essential for converting food into cellular energy and supporting repair processes. Levels decline with age, and injections are one approach to restoring them. Sermorelin is a peptide analog of GHRH, the signal your brain uses to prompt your pituitary to release growth hormone. It works upstream, supporting your body's own production and rhythm. The research on both is promising and still maturing. Your provider will help you decide what fits your goals.

Is longevity care right for me?

The honest answer is your provider's to give. They will review your health history, current medications, and goals before anything is prescribed or shipped.

What is the difference between compounded and FDA-approved options?

Compounded medications are prepared for you by state-licensed pharmacies and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. FDA-approved options, such as the Wegovy® Pill and the Foundayo™ Pill, are brand products with their own prescribing information. Both require a prescription from a licensed provider. Your provider will talk through which is right for you.

Medical care

Guidance that fits your rhythm.

Your provider will guide every step of your treatment, from dosing to support.

What are the side effects?

The most common are digestive: nausea, constipation, or fatigue, especially in the early weeks as your body adjusts. They're typically dose-dependent and often ease with time. Your provider walks you through what to expect, and full safety information for each treatment is linked below.

How do I reach my provider?

Log in to your patient portal to message your provider and care team. For anything else, email support@benaky.com.

How is my dose adjusted over time?

Your provider sets your dose and adjusts it with your input along the way. On compounded plans, the price stays the same at every dose. Maintenance and transition support are there when you want them and, as always, our care team is one message away.

What happens when I reach my goal?

Reaching your goal opens your next chapter. Your provider maps it with you: settling into a maintenance rhythm, adjusting your dose, or easing off entirely when you feel ready. We stay with you every step of the way.

Where can I read the full safety information?

Orders and shipping

From prescription to doorstep.

Once your provider from our affiliated medical group approves your prescription, our partner pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it straight to you, with tracking updates along the way.

Where are my medications coming from?

Prescriptions are filled by licensed partner pharmacies with traceable 503 sourcing. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

How fast is shipping?

Once your provider approves your plan and the pharmacy prepares your medication, it ships free with 2-day delivery and tracking.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. If you want to track your order at any time, you can also do so within your patient portal.

How is my medication packaged?

While each pharmacy uses its own packaging materials, steps are taken to ensure your medication is kept cold during transit. Every order ships with free 2-day shipping and in discreet, insulated packaging.

What if my package arrives warm?

While each pharmacy uses its own packaging materials, steps are taken to ensure your medication is kept cold during transit. We recommend that your prescription is promptly refrigerated after it arrives. If you have any concerns, reach out in portal or to support@benaky.com directly. We'll be here.

Billing and payment

Transparent care, from start to finish.

We believe great care should be simple, including how you pay for it. No hidden fees and no surprise charges.

What's included in my plan?

Every compounded plan includes your provider consultation, ongoing check-ins with your care team, dose guidance from your provider, and your medication shipped free in two days. No membership fees, and the same price at every dose (compounded plans only).

Is there a membership?

Compounded plans have no membership and you can cancel anytime. FDA-approved pill plans include a monthly membership, shown with every dose price on the product page.

When am I charged?

After completion of the medical intake, a hold is placed on your card until a provider review has taken place and it is determined that treatment is right for you. Once your personalized plan is created, your card will be charged and your order sent to a pharmacy licensed to ship within your state.

Do you accept insurance, HSA or FSA?

Currently, we are cash pay only. We are working on HSA/FSA acceptance and will keep everyone up to date when it goes live.

Can I use a promo code?

Yes. Enter it at checkout, or start from a link that carries it. The 10% welcome offer applies to your first order.
